Refund policy

Products are generally not able to be returned unless they are defective out of box. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 14 days of order for resolution. We are not able to accept returns of open, used or damaged products. If product has been damaged by carrier, a claim should be made with the carrier.

Shipping for returns (defective products out of box only) is prepaid by customer.

We will work with you to resolve any possible questions or issues that you may have.  Manufacturer warranty is in place.
